a somewhat underwhelming stay
dimly litplumbing problems
The pictures online definitely didn't match the reality. My room was dimly lit and felt quite dated. the internet didn't work for a whole day, and the staff couldn't fix it. plumbing issues also arose .

The Front desk staff was ALWAYS available and attentive. The food tasted good. I liked that the hotel is well maintained. Enrique from the valet. They took great care of it.
the room FURNITURE looks tired, needing some updates.

The reception was quick at attending my requests, and Eddie was particularly helpful. The Valet parking service was standard, with quick car delivery. The staff was ALWAYS friendly and cute.

The onsite restaurant offered FRESH food and a great atmosphere. I dined there and enjoyed breakfast, discovering Marta, the sweetest ray of sunshine. The breakfast menu is very complete and tasty.

I appreciated the easy check-in process. It was efficient. The staff was both professional and courteous . I found my room to be quiet, despite its location on a busy road. The location was AMAZING!!! It was convenient for exploring the area.

the staff were friendly. the room was clean, and the location was acceptable.
The bed was uncomfortably soft. It reminded me of i was sinking into it all night. street noise was noticeable, particularly late at night from the busy road outside. sound insulation between rooms was inadequate. I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room.

The noise was not fun. I think some kind of event went late. ridiculously loud music blasted through the hotel until morning! it made sleeping really difficult, though the staff was nice. next time, i will bring earplugs or stay somewhere quieter

The staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant and valet. I liked the aluminum refillable water bottles. I also appreciated the high ceilings. The hotel is close to a shopping center, which i found convenient. My room had a super comfortable bed. The location was excellent. I was a short drive from many attractions and walking distance to restaurants.
The valet parking fee was quite expensive. i paid a significant amount per night. This was an unexpected expense, i found.

The restaurant had very fresh food. Breakfast tasted fresh and quite good, even though the service was a bit slow. The breakfast menu did seem somewhat limited, i noticed.
